FetShop orders are delivered in plain packaging with no mention of the FetShop brand or our website address on the outside of the package and a generic return address label. Customers may select their preferred delivery option during checkout - please see below for a breakdown of options and delivery speeds.

 Parcelforce 24 -  (Next Working Day Order before 12 Noon for Same Day Dispatch - No Weekend Deliveries as Standard - Please call / email us if you require a Saturday Delivery option - No Weekend Dispatch is available as our offices are closed.)

EVRI / Free Standard Delivery - (3-5 Working Days)

Royal Mail Tracked (48) (2-3 Working Days)

During promotions, Free shipping may apply to UK customers spending over a certain amount - (New Rock Boots are excluded as they are shipped in on demand.) When you select the Free Delivery option (If/when available) we will choose the best option for the weight and size and value of the Parcel. 

All items are in stock unless explicitly stated on their individual product page. If we do have any issues with dispatching your order we will be in touch as soon as possible. If you require an item by a specific date, please state this in the 'notes for seller' box during checkout and we will endeavor to expedite the item for you.

Please check the item your purchasing carefully if it starts with an item code of co- (normally lingerie / fetish clothing) this may take up to 7 days to dispatch, regardless of the courier method you choose, as we get these shipped in on Demand.

Similarly when purchasing Demonia or Pleaser Boots or Shoes, please check the availability chart on the product page, if they say "in stock" we have available to send straight away, whereas if the say "Direct from ..." there will normally be a few weeks delay in dispatch of these items. At peak times this can be longer.

Please Note - Orders placed after 12 noon weekdays may be dispatched the next working day,  so if you need the item / items shipped out urgently please order before 12 Noon. Also please note that while we may pack and get ready to ship orders over the weekends or bank holidays your order will not be dispatched until the next working day as there are no courier collections available on weekends or Bank Holidays by our couriers currently. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday may be sorted and dispatched the following Monday. We will always to endeavour to get your order out as soon as we possibly can.

Also Please Note - Certain delivery options may not be available to your destination and/or for your order and we may also use alternative delivery services for some orders for operational reasons.
Overseas buyers (EU and Rest of World) - In most cases, orders will be sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) so imports into your country may be subject to import duty. You are liable for any Duties & Customs Fees etc  that may be imposed. Any Parcels returned to sender for non-payment of customs fees or non-collection of a parcel will not have shipping fees refunded. Please keep a close eye on your tracking so you can arrange payment for fees and see when the parcel is due to be delivered.

USA - Orders delivered to the USA may now have tariffs / fees payable by the customer before they can be delivered, this is due to recent changes announced by President Trump, these are fast moving and subject to change. please note: - shipping fees will not be refunded on orders returned to sender for unpaid customs issues or failure to collect a parcel.
